Developer Relations (DevRel)

Responsibilities

1. Participate actively in technical communities and developer networks, representing the company and building lasting, authentic relationships with developers.
2. Quickly create technical demos and prototypes, follow developments in Physical AI and quantum computing, and turn them into content and topics worth sharing.
3. Provide high-quality technical material for the brand, such as demos, technical explanations, and practical development notes. Support content on WeChat and community channels while following company communication standards.
4. Organize or participate in online and in-person technical events, including meetups, hackathons, livestreams, and community discussions, to expand the company’s presence among relevant developers.
5. Bring community feedback back to the company, helping research and engineering teams understand developers’ needs and interests.

Requirements

1. Relevant community management experience and active participation in the industry, with an established reputation and influence in one or two relevant technical communities.
2. Proficiency with AI agent tools such as Codex or Claude Code, or experience building and regularly using your own agents. Please demonstrate a project, experiment, or demo created in collaboration with AI during the interview.
3. An existing project is required: publicly demonstrable technical or community work, including a personal demo you can present live.
4. An established professional network, a positive industry reputation, and the ability to bring people together and quickly reach relevant audiences.
5. A hands-on, exploratory mindset, enthusiasm for new hardware, tools, and technology products, and the ability to energize a community.
6. Strong technical skills, with the ability to follow new developments and quickly implement demos.
7. Excellent communication skills, both in writing high-quality technical content and in engaging professionally, thoughtfully, and persuasively with people online and in person.

Preferred qualifications

• An established audience and influence in technical communities or on social media.
• Experience running a technical community or account with a substantial audience, or maintaining or contributing to a well-known open-source project.
• Experience planning and running technical events.
• Knowledge of quantum computing or experience integrating and using quantum computing platforms.
• Good judgment about the quality and tone of technical content.
• Excellent writing instincts and a style that fits the company; an understanding of content distribution and the technology industry; and a rigorous, reliable approach to work.
